Mushroom and Cashew Stir Fry

  1. Soak noodles in boiling water 2 mins, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oils in wok or frypan, add garlic, ginger, chilli and spring onions. Fry 2 mins.
  3. Add capsicum, mushrooms, broccoli, corn and snow peas, cook with a little water until tender over medium/high heat.
  4. Add tamari, bean sprouts, noodles and cashews.
  5. Heat through and serve immediately. (Serves 4)
